Your strat's neck is warped... WYD?

Drod was giving my shit about my super high action at ILFMW. Afterwards, I figured I should check it out. Truss rod is tight AF and seems to be at the end of the threads. Luthier has it for the weekend but thinks the neck is shot. There's a pretty aggressive ski jump from frets 1 to 3.
That being said... where should I get a new neck? This guitar is pretty sentimental, so I'm not going to sell it to get a JM or anything like that.
Since the neck is a part of the sentimental value, what do I do with the bad neck?

I dunno man. Hang it up and try to get a replacement that's as close as you can.
Sorta sucks, but you gotta keep playing.
As for companies I got no idea.

There was a story about Rory Gallagher's strat where its neck was warped, so they get a new one and leave the original one in a cupboard or shed or something for, like, a year I think? After a while, it was straight enough to use again. This story might be the epilogue to the story about that strat being left outside in the rain overnight after it had been nicked and discarded.
Has it had a refret? I've heard of old fenders getting refretted but the tangs on the new frets were too wide for the slots, Without widening them, the wide tang frets were just shoved in there and then that does wacky stuff to the neck.

Myyy baaaad. It was still playable, I'm just super spoiled with the setups from my guitar guy. I'm rather picky for a terrible guitarist.
If it was me, I'd see if it was repairable. It might be expensive, but I'm also an idiot who's spent more than double I paid for a guitar because of sentimental reasons.
There are some crazy good luthiers out there who can do crazy shit. There's a guy in NY who uses probes and shit to 3d model, and a cnc to nearly perfect match chips before he hand tweaks it to fit.
Then, I'd talk with warmoth, they do a pretty good neck on a budget in my opinion. If money isn't an issue, a luthier could recreate it closely.
If you have to scrap the old neck, slap it on a beater body and use it for something weird like slide, ebow droner, etc.

Well you didn't really do anything wrong with my guitar.
I think I'm going to see what the luthier says and then punt with some of these suggestions. Will keep y'all updated.

It wasn't a problem before, don't let it bother you now. Some people love high action, like J Mascis. It really is great for slide.
Or burn it and go aluminum.
Or maybe rub Arby's sauce on the back to see if it will expand?
Also, DRod lies. He is far from a terrible guitar player. Humble though.

One of my favorite guitars to mess around with has no truss rod and has action super high and chimey.
If you got along with it as is, ain't nothing to do but jam out.

I luv my warmoth strat canary neck to bits. Pretty tried and true stuff.
