Wavefolder/shaper in pedalformat

Plenty of wavefolders and waveshapers in euroland, not so much in pedalland. Any other than the Metasonix one and various DIY stuff? If not, why not?

I think that was foldback or something
...which I now realize might be the same as wavefolding.
