Rainbow Machine can almost get there on subtler settings. The Downward Spiral has that built in limiter circuit to help keep the effect controlled though, which I don't know of too many pitch shifting delays that have that. Which is why I am hesitant to point out the rainbow machine.

Drolo Molecular Compactor has a patch that does that (piching down or up for every repeat). The patch also has a reverb that makes it even cooler-sounding (in my book). I'm pretty sure my Pitchfactor could as well, but maybe I'm remembering it wrong. Catalinbread Bicycle Delay too,

Wow, I didn't think of that and I own a Count to five and haven't had a rainbow machine in ages.

alrighty, well thanks so far...hope suggestions keep coming, figure if I sell the particle, it could fund another pedal for the glitch board, and only thing on mind is the outward... which seems to be some kinda secret elite speak easy type trial and error to obtain...
so some kinda delay? with a downward spiral sound would be tits, ...and if so that would just be pushing the board away from being primarily glitch...
so maybe fuck delays being that theres 247374397 out there now that do modulation ....thing is maybe, the particle is with pedals like the judder and possessed and the hexe revolvers are already so digital high fi glitch sounding, so that mixed with the digital staleness of the particle ( like it has no life of its own, just creates stock sound) is wearing on me...so somthing that moves and is alive with your playing like the judder...guess that means envelope....enveloping is the new in thing.

I was already eyeing the limbo, so gonna check out some full on demos..think the only one I watched was your vidret
...ya the particle don't get wrong idea, is fucking swell....tons of times it fed into a session providing "oh wow" moments with settings left to be explored.

The Echobender is a good suggestion. Sonus Fluxa makes one. I had it w added modulation and it was pretty wild.
