What is Mick Harvey playing here?

Just came across this old pic. Cool guitar, wonder if Harvester specifically nodded to this—it looks sort of similar to that most recent "Rhubarb" build.
Headstock looks sort of similar to Mosrite or Univox, but skinnier? I'm pretty unschooled in the obscure/eccentric vintage dept:

Much like him, I thought at first it was a Hayman. So, I Googled Mick Harvey and Hayman and that came up.
