Power converters/conditioners/phase dealies

So, I have an old Ampeg SS140 head coming in to go with my old Pro Tube.
I want ro run them together, but I don't want to have to pay the $$s to get the Ampeg converted to 240v (been down that road before with other US amps).
So i was thinking of getting a step down converter (or step up), but then i thought i might open myself up to phase and ground loop issues.
Down the track i may incorporate a third amp into my rig, so I was thinking, as i can switch the Laney over to 110v to match the Ampeg, maybe its time to hunt for a one stop shop solution.
Is there something out there that does power conversion, conditioning (not a must but would be a nice bonus), allows for phase control and has multiple outputs?
:snax:

just use a good aby. radial twin city is one of em.

For phase inverting, yeah, but I'm gonna have to spend money on a step down anyway, so i was hoping to get everything in one neat package.

as well as isolated outputs to prevent ground loops.

generally you'd need some sort of aby pedal just to run two amps at once.

Yeah i was gonna build a switch to run clean to the laney and then engage a tb loop for dirt to the laney that also splits to the dirty ampeg, so its basically like a punch in amp.
So, not truly stereo, just like a giant extra distortion pedal.
I was sort of hoping to take care of that sort of jazz at the power source so I didn't have to fuck around out the front of the amp.

you have to do it from you guitar signal, it has nothing to do with the power supplies it has to do with gain stages within the amps.

True?
I was probably misinformed but I thought I'd read somewhere that you could tackle that either end.
More reading is required, then.
Thanks man.
