Which effect are you a "junky" of?

The Strictly Fuzz thread over at TGP and Ruiner's old photo of his like 15 delay pedals made me ponder the notion of being a self proclaimed junky of a type of Effect. I'm sure many of us like a lot of different effects, but do you especially get the warm and tingles for one over the rest?

I've only been a pedal addict for a year now...but for me I think it's Delay. I only own a few, but I think if I fast forward 5 years, I'll have more delay pedals than anything else.

I'm not too keen on the big box, million feature delays either. Which is why I see myself owning a handful as I accumulate a collection over the years.

Delay makes me go 100% wet.

What say you?

i dig stuff that messes with time and space. stuff like reverbs and delays and freezes and glitches and swells and such. haven't really found any One effect type that makes me wet myself.

I like sample/hold/stretch type of shit, so I guess loopers. I wish I could be a looper junky tho, I'm too poor to justify more stuff.

Unquestionably fuzz. I like all sorts of other stuff but I only have 1 or 2 of any other pedal type. I have 10+ fuzzes so... :idk:

I heard Chank likes blue chorus pedals.

It's difficult to be droolin' over Green Ringers when they all more or less sound the same. :D

So, yeah, fuzz. :hobbes:

Synth pedals and pitchshifters. I think I either own or have owned the majority of synth pedals (excluding all the proclaimed synth-y fuzzes), and I'm a total bitch for pitchshifters with or without delay functionality, 5 on my guitar board and 3 on the bass board.

Dirt...from overdriven amp tones to full on speaker destroying fuzz.

I was a phaser junky for a while... these days it might be EQ?? I always find myself wanting to tweak certain frequencies.

Delay and modulation for me---but the biggest goal is to affect time and texture.

I've got around 31 delays (tape, BBD, digital, it all works for me), 22ish phasers, maybe 17 reverbs, then close to 10 each of chorus, tremolo, and flanger. I don't even play guitar anymore, but I've probably got 6 or more dirt boxes, on the odd chance I want to process drum machines or something else.

I mean, this is I love fuzz............so....

Other than fuzz, I'd say overdrive, phasers, flangers, delays, bitcrushers, ring mods (wait! No. No bad Adam! No ring mods!!!), weird shit that makes no sense...you know? Everything basically.

I like any effect that makes my expensive instruments sound like cheap, crappy instruments. :!!!:

For me it would probably be microlooper/stutter pedals.

Easily the reverb/delay realm. I think I've owned more overdrive pedals than anything, but that's more of a pain in the ass, chasing the dragon kind of thing. Owned tons of verbs and delays, and it's been really nothing but a joy. :)*
