Restoring a Green Russian Muff ??

My friend brought over a giant beer crate full of random pedals and this beat-to-hell muff was one of them.
I know that power can get to it (LED lights up) but it can only bypass a weak signal.
Any folks to seek out for a project ?
At worst I can have him take the guts out and sell the enclosure for a paper weight, but he really wants to restore it. In the meantime he's using a Black Russian muff

Duuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuude, that's sweet. I wish I knew people that showed up to my house with crates of pedals that I could fix.
Is the circuit board okay, though?

K, I'll try to get him to take some photos.
Not sure if everything is 100% bc you only get the weakest sound of it and you really have to press the 1/4" IN jack into the closure to get the LED to come on.

He also brought these in need of repair:

RAT reissue, MXR Bass DI/Distortion, Black Russian muff, Nady chorus&distortion (which I *really wish* worked), and some weird modded DS-1 wherein I couldn't hear any difference from a stock version. Mostly scratchy pots with these, but for instance the Nady's output would cut out completely if you touched one specific knob.

I gave him this pedalboard setup though, so he's stoked:

TU-2
BD-2 (or HM-2, he can decide for himself)
RV-3
Moog Murf
Black Russian Muff

He also wants to add his RAT once it's fixed.

Also- which version of Muff is this ? I know it's after the "tall font"/grey knob era, but that's about it...

I'd guess a V7C Russian, but I wouldn't want to say for sure without seeing the circuit board.

If there's a local pedal builder they should be able to get it back to spec. If it's the M-80 that MXR bass DI is worth getting back in good working order too. I love mine
