over on the operator-1 forum they have been saying TE has said some new PO's. not sure if the OP-Z is ready or not (which kinda seems like it could be a super PO kinda thing).

but with a sequencer that lets you jump between all six (or more!), a master tempo, the same effects per PO, but a rack of master effects, the sequencer being verbose enough to sequence out a whole song, but can also take external sequencing like a champ.... yes please.

I saw op-z last year. The programming seemed well done and the guy was making stuff pretty quick. I don't know if they ever answered how video Editting works (I'm sure there is more info than last year). It was a blast to watch.

i'm really curious what else they could do w/ the POs. i heard they are supposed to be dropping 3 new ones (maybe not all at NAMM). i think the only thing i'd be really jazzed about is a sampler, but i think thats unlikely.

i would never put it past TE to surprise me tho

yeah. the more i think about it, the more i WANT a little workstation that lets you cycle through all the PO's. i love them, but having better control like playing in key and saving patterns and syncing all of them to a master sequencer internally would be perrrrrrrrfect.

hah. i mean. the OP-1 syncs the PO's, but it's just a click track like any other audio sync no?

i usually just manually pop them to the right tempo. annoying having all the cords ever all over the place.

some heady dudes found a synth and a filter effect hidden within the OP1 OS a couple months ago…
