Good live bands people should see (currently touring?)

I really regret not seeing Daugthers when the they recently played here in SF. I saw them once with Pelican and they are a great live band and I also really like their music.

I don't go to shows often/don't keep any eye out for when bands will be coming: thats part of the reason I missed Daughers - I didn't know they were touring.

What are some bands that are good live and currently touring or that should be monitored for future touring plans?

Friends of mine did a tour with Daughters and Coalesce. Short tour. Road dogged with them for it. Lots of fun. This was just after Hell Songs came out.

Alcest is touring. Gonna try to do that.

Boris was amazing. Should not be missed.
Pallbearer is enjoyable if you see them coming through your way.
Inter Arma was the best live band I saw this year. Sadly they played to like 35 people. Still tight as hell.

Wolf People are hitting continental Europe in the New Year and they blew me away on their UK tour the other month.

They lost me with that record actually.

Our LP is your EP era is the best Loma Prieta era, but I'm such a nostalgic hipster.

Che cafe shows in late 00s were the best tho... from Wolves in the throne room to that Swing Kids/Unbroken/Portaits of Past "secret" show.

those days used to be a lot more fun, at risk of sounding like a nostalgic shit as well.

The World Is A Beautiful Place And I Am No Longer Afraid To Die is the only band I've ever seen that could approach Sunn 0))) level's of immersion, and they do it with post rock heavy emo music. I'm mad biased bc they're pals of mine but I stand by the assertion that when TWIABP is on their game (>85% of the time they're totally on top of it) live they are unparalleled.
