Gee whizz. I'm pretty sold on the AH in an attempt to cure my Culture Vulture/Super awesome studio distortion itch (Along with my incoming PY!!!) but if I was only interested in Guitar applications I'd be on this in a heart beat. I fucking love Elektron stuff.

Neither the Heat or the Drive are exactly what I want, but I do like the idea of having 100 presets for an analog drive unit. I had been considering getting a Palisades for synths, but this might come first.

100 presets is sweet, but 7" x 7"... ain't got room for that.

I was always hoping they'd make a pedal controller for the octatrak so it could be used as a looper of some sort.

This thing is ugly as sin. That cream color is puke worthy.

I dunno. The weird, nubby, off-white tic-tacness of it feels oddly Matthew Barney.
Can't say I love it, but I like the fact that it doesn't look average.

Yeah, I think this thing sounds easy better on bass than guitar. At least the sounds they demod

They are listed as precision I believe instead of just saying P bass. LOL. They are brief soundcloud clips.

Very 80's microwave oven looking. With an etch job and a change of knobs I'm sure it could look pretty slick though.
