New Strymon pedal

It's yellow, has gain controls, and should debut at the Strymon Social. I don't know if it's a pure dirt pedal (possibly D+ inspired?) or a combo box.

Pics are on their Instagram feed. I can't post screen caps from this tablet, so if someone shares a screen grab, that'd be appreciated.

Looks to have a favorite switch, rather than being a combo box. Same size as the el cap/flint.

I'm interested to see the price point. No real interest beyond that, unless it's amazing, but I have a feeling it will be $300 and will immediately wind up on instagrammed p&w boards across the country.

I think there's a 'P' on the top-right pot, so I think this could be for controlling pitch or phase. It's somewhat hard for me to see them doing a 5-knob drive pedal.

OK, I flipped the dog pic and saw a 2nd switch. It looks like it says 'Push', so maybe it is a standalone drive unit.

Heh. Quite possibly. A $300 digi-dirt pedal doesn't exactly move the needle for me, unless it comes out sounding like an aggressive tube unit. (Unlikely) I was hoping they'd release an arpeggiator or weird harmonizer/filter for NAMM in January. Fingers still crossed for this to be useful and for new NAMM goodies.

It's a boring old dirt pedal.

But it's like having two drive pedals in one!!!!!! They didn't want a boring old drive/distortion so they totally changed the game with this one!

You mean you can't possibly fit TWO analog pedals in one box that size. NEVER. NOWAI.
