Bass amp for Synth/Guitar use?

I'm on the look out for a smallish amp for synth and occasional guitar. I'll mainly be playing bass synth in the new project I'm starting. Wondering how bass amps have worked out synth wise for you guys. GC has a $100 Rumble 75 I'm keen to try out. Portability is a main factor at this point. Will be used with guitar on occasion. Probably won't need anything required for gigs, maybe a small small shows.

If you want cheap and decent, Acoustic is great IMO. I've had two of their combo amps and they are camps. I blew on with my Black Art Destoyer LOL! But the other one has held up like a champ for years even though I feed it all kinds of shit.
The Rumble is also great IMO. I think they are fun amps and you can't really go wrong there.
If you can find a used Markbass combo...fuck they are awesome. Markbass makes incredible speakers. I miss the hell out of the Markbass cab I had.
The main issue you'll run into is whether or not the amp can handle the load it's being given. Some amps clip like nuts when fed really low shit even bass amps unfortunately.
Do you have a price point you're trying to stay under?? If I knew that, I could help more.

Well That $100 rumble is right in my price point lol. Really just something to practice with in a new 3 piece synth band that I can also play guitar through should I try to sell my Super Reverb agian, soon.
I should probably make a pawn shop tour the next couple days and see. I'd definitely be down with an acoustic. Mark bass is a little our of my range, for it's needs. Maybe a small would would work, if cheap enough, if they are decent for keys?? It's mainly going to be fed a 60's NDK (Rheem) Kee Bass, and Roland SH-09 for Bass tones.

+1 on the acoustics. I have a b200h with 115 that sounds great. Probably doesn't meet your portability needs, but maybe the combo version?
Also KVLT, obvi.

this.
there are probably like one thousand Peavey bass heads with 410 or 115 cabs on your local area and surrounding craigslist. and at pawn shops, natch.
I picked up a peavey bass head and 215 for $225 a few winters back -- i'd offer to ship the head to you for like $100 but that's so much work and then you'd still need a cab.

I don't know if they still make them but I imagine you'd be able to find one of those Behringer wedge-esque bass amps for dirt cheap. I have one for leaving my drone machines on while I'm working. It's pretty ok.

You could also keep an eye out for one of those Roland KC amps on Craigslist or in a local shop—they're not super expensive to begin with, and I doubt they have very high resale values.
They've got quite a bit of heft, sort of a bass amp in disguise as a keyboard amp. That said, the heft means for slightly awkward portability—they're little chunks, but nonetheless versatile.

Unfortunately Little Rock area/Central AR has an extremely sparse gear trade. CL and FB groups maybe get 4 new items a day and most are Esteban acoustics. All the shops here are overprices or no selection, including GC. The Rumble 75 is one of 2 used bass amps. Pawn Shops are my best bet, but I rarely see SUNN or Acoustic, unlike Ann Arbor.
Those Roland Keyboard amps sell in the $400-500 range around here, which for my needs is just way to much, for a practice amp.

What about one of the TC Electronic BG250 combos?
The 115-version is really lightweight for a 115-combo.

Been trying to get ahold of the guy for a few days now. I'm sure as hell down, if he ever gets back to me lol
Dude got back to me a couple minutes after this post, only took like 3 days lol He tried saying it was listed at $175, but "cut me a deal" for $125. I'm pleased, needs some minor cleaning and deoxit. Came with an Ibanez BC10 and a pretty nifty oldschool Shure Hi-z mic.
