Blair's After Death mixed 50/50 with wing sauce add a couple drops of Blair's Sudden Death to make it hot.

I love pit bull hot sauce...it's made by a local place out here. Their motto is "its all about flavor, not just burn"

I'm kinda over the whole "burns so bad you need to put wax on your lips" style stuff,
I lived in Buffalo for a few years and a lot of it was just hot for the sake of being hot.

+1 for Sriracha, that stuff is a gift from God/the Gods/Heaven/The Universe/wherever you prefer that gifts come from.
I always want to try those boutiquey looking hot sauces at the grocery store, stuff with crazy names and pictures like Ass in Space or Liquid Death.

Sriracha (for the holidays a few years back, a friend gave me a case of it. I still have something like four bottles, which should last me the rest of my life - a little dab will do ya!)
