wish it was last weekend or weekend after next or some time WHEN I COULD GO.
anybody seen them live? i got to open for centaur once upon a time but it's not at all the same...

Lived in Athens for 5 years back in the 90s. The Union is/was the shit. Love that town. Where are they playing? I want to say I saw them with Soundgarden when stars was big. Might have been STP. Memories from that time are hazy at best. I do remember them being loud.

I discovered them right as they broke up, but I've caught two or three reunion shows. They've all been fun. Haven't seen them with Jason Gerken, yet. I bought Downward LP when I was in high school, and my girlfriend senior year somehow found me a copy of the Astronaut LP.
Also now have the Stars (bought for Boy With Stick) and Puppets 7"s. Sounds huge on my tube receiver.

my pal says the show was good, and they played for like an hour and a half. not sure about that part, but still.
