hey guys, kinda curious about this at the moment

anybody used one of these before? if so, care to elaborate? hows the sound? does it impart a nice tube coloring? or does it just MAKE YOUR SHIT WAY LOUDER to quote aen.

build? footswitch pop/click when engaged? anything else u have to share about it?

the stereo and tube aspects are what intrigues me. also the HC reviews seem to be pretty good but i don't really like to go exclusively by those.

would also be interested in some alternatives to this, but they must be stereo, dont necessarily have to be tube...i searched long and hard and didnt really find anything worthwhile in the same price range (about $$180).....they dont make enough stereo pedals out there.

which brings me to my next question, which is, would anyone out there be willing to build me a booster/preamp stereo pedal like this?

sorry dunno much about this. but it looks good! just curious - Does Line-level preamp mean it will kick your guitar (or instrumental levels) up to line level output?

ya it should. that middle knob allows you to change the impedance from hi to lo....so you can run instrument level stuff thru it like a guitar or bass and get it up to line level or you can run stuff thru it that is already line level w/o running it thru too hot.
