I'm aware of a few amps that produce wonderful fuzz without the help of external boxes,
but please educate me

extra points if these amps are still somewhat affordable
amps I know of (but I might be wrong)
Laney Klipp
Orange OR120
Matamp GT1/Retro
Sunn Beta Lead
Sunn Model T
Vox Conqueror/Super Beatle
any additional amps/corrections are appreciated

thank you

You can add the Vox Viscount in with the Super Beatle and Conqueror.

I used to have a Kustom with a built-in "Harmonic Clipper".

Does that count?

Peavey Vulcan has built in fuzz. Good luck finding one.

I've never owned one, so I might be wrong, but I think the Sunn Model T does not have built in fuzz. It's loud and clean and big.
The Peavey Rage 158, on the other hand...

There's that Randall with the skull graphic that is so beloved in the doom room. Well, not really from discussion of the demos

Might get some shit for what I'm about to say, but I used to have a Spider II amp, and I thought it had a pretty rad fuzz tone with the gain all the way up in the Insane mode, or whatever it was.

Depends on what you consider fuzz - most of this is distortion, not fuzz.

Maybe boss will make an fz-2 tone chip for waza amp?
There were a ton of those modeling amps that probably had fuzz patches in the 2000s.
There was that Randall swappable preamp tube heap thing that I am sure somebody could wire up to be a fuzz front end instead of "tweedman" or whatever they called 'em.
