Harsh-Noise Pop? Drone Pop? Give me the worst pop.

I want bad pop music. I have this idea in my brain, but it's hard to make much headway into what it would sound like in practice after The Goslings and I Am A Lake of Burning Orchids and heavier shoegaze on the harsh-noisy end and late Kate Bush, a few post-industrial-band projects and lighter dream pop on the softer end. Give the endless forms in my brain substance in the material world, before i have to commit a life to making this music myself. Tell me about your favorite Merzbow/Hatsune Miku songs, or your favorite bands who sound like a louder, worse Medicine, or the Harsh Noise Wall song with a Mariah Carey sample you heard recently. I just want music that combines elements of pop with elements of things that are decidedly un-pop. I'll try not to be too discerning.
Please and thank you.

Well, if you believed the ad copy
On No One Deserves Happiness, The Body’s Chip King and Lee Buford set out to make “the grossest pop album of all time.”
But it's a fucking bitchin' record regardless and I think it'll hit the nail on the head for what you want.

don't know if they're harsh enough to qualify, but Black Tambourine made some pretty awesome lofinoisyshoegazeytweepop.

^^^ YES.
Also I know it's obvious but JAMC, esp Psychocandy, is some of the harshest pop in my mind. Spector Sandpaper.

Black Tambourine is terrific. I like the shoegaze songs that approach like, lovesliescrushing, or Medicine or whatever, where the guitar sound is completely destroyed. BT approaches this often.

Just started listening, it, so far, reminds me of their collaborations with the assembly of light, but kind of like they've been listening to a lot of Suicide. It's good. Different than what i set out looking for, but it actually accomplishes something i want.
More of this. Please and thanks.
Also where's the Mariah GeroCareygegege?

I guess Xiu Xiu is an obvious answer? To me, they've always encapsulated that catchy-but-noisy, harsh-n-cute sensibility perfectly. Their songs/parts of are stuck in my head so often.
Although you're a solid pile of hate / You're still pretty like a cake.
I know more people do this thing too, though.. certainly many of the surlier lo-fi indiepop bands I like, but most are maybe not so grating audio-wise. Let u know if think of some.
This CD is always in my car:

This is a newer band that's good:

I like a lot of the stuff that is getting posted, but wanted less "pop that is noisy or gets weird" and more "Noise (or whatever weird music) that gets poppy."
Like, the last song on Summer In My Veins sounds like someone couldn't decide if they wanted to make a trance song or a black metal song or a really crappy shoegaze song and just said fuck it halfway through writing the song. But then again, i'm less looking exactly for that and more just what other people think of when prompted with this kind of musical idea?

I was gonna post something like this:

But, now I know that's not what you want. It's definitely weird, cheesy pop with all sorts of influences.
It's definitely not noise. (Unless you're my parents who cover their ears as if it's the worst/noisiest music they've ever heard when you try to put it on when you're in the car with them.)
I will have to see if I can think of anything that fits your criteria.

I mean, i am actually willing to accept so many weird and different things, and this fits. I just didn't want harsh-noise pop to be read as harsh noise-pop. But i want all the worst (read "Best"), and this is cool. Thanks for posting.

Isn't the most recent Prurient kinda in the vein of noisy pop techno?

Love the Nadja covers album after D.o.S.'s suggestion in the current Shoegaze thread.

Probably not exactly what you are looking for either but you might enjoy Band Of Susans as well.

Like, when I think "noisy pop," I think "Elephant 6," especially Neutral Milk Hotel. But that's not really what you're looking for I don't think.
