So holy shit. I have liked the idea of Autechre more than their output (both because bigchiefbc likes them and he's a dirty pleb and also because I think my favorite thing about the band is that the fact that their name is gleefully mispronouncable) and as such I kind of slept on this for the week but, if nothing else, this ballsy as fuck.

Five 'discs', four hours, no physical release planned. You can here the the 'single', which is also the first track on the collection: on Youtube and the BBC but it appears that it's been taken down. Which is all I've heard because I'm waiting until I get paid again to buy the record in full.

I want to like Autechre, I really do, but they're mostly just tedious. The Garbage EP is the only thing that's clicked.

Also not for nothing but profound lore only charged like $12 for frozen niagara falls and for that you got the digital plus a double cd gatefold with spot glossing and a 24 page booklet ive never looked at.

Fuckin spot glossing is dope as fuck btw.
