Can I rewire the Order Switcher so that when the LED is off, the right effect comes before the left effect, and when the LED is on, the left effect comes before the right? Would that be simple? OR NOT.

In all likelihood you can, but how to get there is difficult to ascertain without a solid road map of how the switch is currently wired.

Ehhhh I came up with a pretty good idea in my head for how to reorder stuff like right after I posted this.
