DBA pedal acting up on isolated power supply only

I was switching my chain up this morning, broke out the DBA Interstellar Overdriver for the first time in a while. Switched it on and got a horrific squeal like there was something major wrong with the pedal. I start troubleshooting, and found that it only makes this noise when I'm powering it from a voodoo labs iso-5 9v out. It sounds perfectly fine powered by a one spot.

I've never encountered this before, and every other pedal I have seems to run fine from the iso-5. Anyone have any ideas what's happening here?

No idea, but some pedals are just like that.

I've found Green Ringers don't like being on the same isolated power supply as other pedals. So, I power them separately. :idk:

The 1 Spot might be something like a half volt higher than the Voodoo Labs, it can be surprising the difference a half a volt can make. I've taken to using an 8.4 volt (measured) supply on my bench for QC, as I was observing similar oddities and intermittent operation when I took stuff out into the real world.
