I'm sorta into but at the same time, this is the most confusing song/video I've ever seen in my life.
I'm curious how the album will sound since they claimed it'll be "influenced by Reggae" and other stuff.

man, they are playing a radio station show here in cbus. if i could find out who the hell their agency is i'd be trying to have them play a show at my venue afterwards.
i'm not like a following fan but i saw them at the venue i used to work at like a decade ago. would be cool to again.

Yeah, I saw them a few years ago in Dallas and it's still probably the best show I've ever been to.
It was also a great show because JEFF the Brotherhood opened for them, which was right around the time I first heard of them.

I like the Kills. I like Reggae. I take 'influenced by reggae' in a very loose context here -- I doubt they'll go down The Clash's road, for example.

I like this band. In my head I still think of them of them under "Guitar/Drum Duos That The Media Noticed After They Noticed The White Stripes." Which has a lot of crossover with "Band With 'The' Band Names The Media Noticed After They Noticed The Strokes." Oddly enough, The White Stripes are also in that latter category. The Dead Weather are not as good as either band on their own. VV/Allison is a great guitarist.
ANYWAY.
You know who you never hear about, though? The Raveonettes.

White Blood Cells came out before Is This It, though?

This is true but The Strokes were celebrities a good while before The White Stripes. It wasn't really the most scientific analysis

The melody of this song is really similar to Justin Timberlake's "My Love".

Yeah, I wonder if Sharin and Greg's divorce might affect the next (assuming there will be a next) Raveonettes record.
