Possibility: Reverb with an FX loop and built in Sandstorm?

Been thinking about my rain delay idea.
This struck me.
Is it possible to put an effects loop on a reverb?
I'm guessing so, since they can do it with delays, right.
But nobody does it with verbs, do they?

Also, would it be possible to clone a LAL Sandstorm or similar deal and stick it in the box with a switch to move it before or after the loop?

I kind of think nice spacey verbs would be pretty rad with some white noise pinging around in the repeats, washing it all out.
:snax:

I also just discover the Rainger Air Traffic controller.
That thing is rad.

The JHS Alpine has one, but fuck JHS. That said, I've demoed it because we have one at work and it's super useful. If JHS can do it, I'm sure any of the rad builders on her could

I'm over-due to experiment with some Accutronics/Belton digital modules, once I get there so I'll play around with piggybacking it on a Crustacean. I'm at something of a disadvantage regarding digital prowess (so, it's all sort of WYSIWYG), but in terms of an analog noise source I can probably hold my ground. :animal:

If I was going to use white noise for that I would probably use the CoPilot Arrow, rather than the sand storm.

There is a pretty neat reverb I've seen around that has an FX loop, from a Russian maker called Beard Custom. Here (the loop comes into play about five minutes in):

The Pedal Projects Marbleverb is Belton based and has a FX loop

am I stupid or couldn't you set up a bootleg FX loop with an LS-2?

I'm probably stupid.

Yeah, if you can set the reverb 100% wet then you could do it, and use the other loop of the LS-2 for your dry.

Also you know where it's at dude. Copilot Arrow.

Fuck. Hit up Adam and see if he can knock up something. Dude is a wizard.

That RE-20 looks rad.

This makes sense.

I feel like a dual true-bypass loop with blending would do the same thing as an FX loop. :idk:

Fact: my amp has an effects loop of sorts (I think it was designed for their reverbs and echoes of the era) and I've never used it.

Yeah I was thinking this could be done with simple loops as well.
Thing is, my man Nils is still in the process of having a Space reverb built for me (unfinished ILFSS gift) so I was thinking of getting the loop put into that, if possible. That thing is so dreamy.

DoS and gor: saw the Arrow and it was my first pick, put the the ATC does all that other rad stuff.
Which I probably don't need.
But want.

I'll go trawl through everyone's suggestions. Once again you guys know all the paths to achieving success.
Thanks duders. :thumb:

I'm on the task of looking for info on adding an fx loop. If this entire thing goes to shit I have a backup plan, don't worry. This thing is keeping my christmas spirit up
