I don't know that you're going to find a Vampower simulator, but I know that he used Colorsound Overdrivers, a Hornby Skewes Shatterbox, the Supa Tonebender (Muff sibling), and a Rangemaster. When I think about Slider and Electric Warrior, I also think about heavy doses of plate reverb and analog tape.
I was hypothetically mapping out a T-Rex/1970s board last year, and if I wanted to emulate that era, I’d buy a Strymon Deco, Catalinbread Talisman, Tech 21 Oxford, and then build a clone of the Colorsound Overdriver. A Muff in combination with the Overdriver should give you some fairly wooly sounds. To scale it down, a booster or a mild overdrive into the Oxford should also match up fairly well with a lot of what Bolan was doing. If you don’t have someone to build you one, Harben makes the Synethesia Drive for about $139 (Colorsound Overdrive clone). It's a fairly simple circuit however. The Oxfords are around $100-120 used.
—I was looking into current clones and saw someone has taken the Vampower name to start producing Fuzz Face-inspired pedals. It’s pretty disappointing to see such an odd brand resurrected for something so cliched.

Being able to pop the front panel of that amp off like that is the coolest thing I've seen in a long while.
