I've always loved the weird stutter sounds graham codon got out of his dd3, but haven't had much luck getting close with my dd20, anyone got protips on how I can get that chopped up, stutter noise?

reVOLVER, DD-6, DD-3, s3n Super Flutter (for easy Pitch runaway...though it would be slightly different).

Maybe the new Raptio with CV would be useful too (don't know yet though).

DD-20 had a lot of limitations...can't do that stuff really.

I wonder if it's worth trying a latching switch, but for the footprint size, might as well snag a dd3

I snagged a terse teraecho for $50, shame it can't do it

DD-5, Digidelay, some of the behringer boss copies - DD600, I believe is the DD-5 copy.

Some the DigiTech PDS pedals can do just that.

Graham Coxon is my spirit animal. I did a shootout of my 3 digital delays for this effect last night. A DD3, Digidelay, and Muza M Ambiance

The DD-3 was my least favorite, Idk how Graham gets the effect with it. It adds a reverb like sound at all times when using a short delay, and the hold just doesn't do it. What the DD-3 is great for are the delay effects on Essex Dogs, the hold and slowing down the held sound.

The Digidelay is my favorite as you can get super clean stutters with the loop feature.

The M-ambiance was like the DD-3 sans reverb sound.

I'm going to give the DD3 1 more go before dirt opposed to after and see if there is any change.
