Strymon Flint for big ambient spacey 'verbs?

I have come down to choice of 3 pedals for the end of my small board.
Already it goes Zvex SHO>Dr Scientist Frazz Dazzler>Moog MF Delay
Then at end, either
Strymon Flint
Strymon Blue Sky
Red Panda Context
What will help in my choice is whether, aside from the great 60s splashy spring reverb, whether the 70s and 80s reverbs can be dialled up to create a big Verve Storm In Heaven-era washy reverb. With that, the spring and 3 types of tremolo, the Flint may win the day if it can do big ambient stuff as well.
NB. The Red Panda is a very close 2nd and after that the Blue Sky (which I used to own so I know what it can do).
Thoughts on this or any other reverb (apart from the RM 1N, I don't want to wait months and months for this).
Thanks ILFFolks!

Well, so far, the most impressive reverb I've owned is the meteore...but it is quite stylized. Not sure if you've already tried it before or not.
As you crank it up, it gets HUGE, and has the additional havoc button (momentary switch) to allow things to wash into self oscillating madness, with pops and clicks that sound like rocks being thrown down a well...but it may not be spacey, sci-fi, or crystal clear enough for you. It has more of an industrial/gothic horror/rusted corroded metal type vibe. Hehe. Steampunk! That's the style I was searching for. Just do a google images search for "steampunk" and that sums up the sound of the meteore perfectly.
It will dial down to a standard spring reverb, though.
I'm afraid the only one of your list that I've experienced is the blue sky, and it is just dandy...but not terribly unique or as obtrusive as I would like. I have a reverb in my amp that will fulfill all the duties the blue sky would be used for.

I did not have the budget for strymon stuff, or even the Context when I was shopping for huge space-y reverb, so I got the Digitech Hardwire Supernatural. Has spring, plate, and plate mod, plus three usable spacey algos and one I never use. I like it though. Got it because everyone with a digital synth needs to be able to cop Eno's Apollo sounds sometimes, and it does not disappoint. That said, still cannot speak on the strymons or context, so if you have the budget, get one of those, I guess.

Another budget reverb is the Source Audio Dimension 2 Reverb. It's fugly, but sounds great.

Of those 3, I'd try the Context. ---I will almost always encourage people to try something new before a retread.
As you may know, McCabe used an Alesis Quadraverb and and an Eventide H3000 harmonizer for that album. The amps and the feedback from a nice 335 also helped to define the SIH record. If you were still eyeballing alternatives, you might enjoy the Alexander Golden Summer or the Catalinbread Talisman. I found the Supernatural to be dark and menacing personally, which has its place, but it was a bit limited when I used it myself.
I used to use reverb far more frequently, but since I use so many delays, I feel it over-thickens things too much. So to get Verve-like sounds, you might also enjoy something like a Keeley ME8. Between the MF delay and the ME8 you could combine two delays for floating passages and swells, which would take the place of reverb for some songs, or you could use the 3 reverb engines on the ME8 to compliment the MF.

I said this in the other thread but it really seems like you're trying to justify the Flint as it's not, esp. if the trem isn't a MUST HAVE feature and you want "big ambient reverbs."
From the other post:
D.o.S. wrote:So you're looking for a reverb you can get within the typical timeframe (i.e. online in stock ordering) that can do big ambient verbs (which I would not use the Flint for provided you don't want/need the tremolo).
You have other Dr. Sci pedals, have you looked at his Reverb? EQD has some cool stuff, I'm sure, but there's surely loads more I'm missing to be found here:

@D.o.S I've tried Dr Scientist's Reverberator, and that toggle switch that makes a gunshot noise when engaged drove me nuts. I have considered an EQD Afterneath as well.
Re. the Flint, the only reason I resurrected this from another thread was because I'd read that there was an 80s rack hall 'verb, which got me thinking maybe it could get big & ambient, but still looking. Not settled on what I want yet

Eventide Space would also be a very legitimate choice for that kind of stuff you're aiming to do.

Second the afterneath. Or, for shoegaze, just get a Yamaha SPX-90. Or like, a lot of era accurate Boss/DOD/Digitech pedals.

I've said this a buttload of times, but I thought the Flint's spring reverb was kinda shitty. 70s/80s much more fun.
Replaced with a Subdecay SST and am much happier—much better spring, and the hall setting can get the same level of weird as the Flint on long/infinite decay settings. Also, smaller.
I think you should just get a RM1N and die happily of priapism.

Yeah I know you're not keen on waiting, and I get that, but the RM-1N is fucking rad.
I would also check out the eventide if you're going for the strymon bracket (if you will). Also some of the older Boss peds are perfect if not sexy.

Mr. Black Supermoon chrome version. The reg one could do it too. Or the EQD Ghost Echo.

I might get a polara for the spaceyness, and the size and the stereo ins/outs. Any alternatives to this?

the neunaber slate. there is just something about their verbs that sit so well behind your dry signal and 100% wet stuff sounds fantasticly Kevin Spacey.
plus! if you buy one of their pedals, you have access to ALL of their pedals via USB.
sheesh
