Does anyone if there's somewhere I can get folded enclosures like the old Sovteks, Maestros or Stone Deaf's pedals?
If there's nowhere, what would be the best specs for bending aluminum sheets?

Might also be worthwhile to get a quote out of a local sheet metal contractor. I know a lot of them ebb & flow in time with the construction industry (which is somewhat tied to weather, at least around here) and you can get better rates during an off season, though one offs are going to cost a pretty penny. If you can carry 20-30 your per unit price will probably go down substantially, but it's really going to vary from place to place and time to time.
From my own bending experience, it takes about twice as much wall thickness in aluminium to reach the same strength as steel, so I'd be wary about going with anything lighter than 16 gauge, maybe 18 if your over-all enclosure size is smaller (bending points amount to a strength member).
I haven't seen anything like the cool trapezoid folded enclosures on the Bud or Hammond sites, you probably don't see them much any more because the economics of it makes the cast stuff more inexpensive. If you find a box/finger brake you can discover that metal is actually pretty cheap, and it's TIME which boosts the cost, so ultimately, self performing that is the best path... unless you just need a couple, then surplus is your greatest resource.

Yeah, I seem to remember seeing something like those and blank Big Muff enclosures on some site (maybe from there or Pedal Parts Plus?).
Oooh, I like the look of that.

Not exactly folded, but not your average Hammond copy either...
Road Rage Pro Gear enclosures look cool, seem pricey though.

I stumbled across this via the DIY Stompboxes group on face-place:
https://www.etsy.com/shop/WalkerHvyIndu ... eader-nameNo affiliation, nor have I dealt with him.. but, I do know the prices he has that stuff listed at are lower than what I would expect to see at one-off rates from pretty much any "industry" level supplier.
