I was consider a squier Bass 6 and it doesn't look like there's anything different about the body or bridge.

Doable, or am I better off just getting a Bass 6?

You might want to consider a 1" staytrem bridge as well, but that might be tough matching radius.

Ah, yes that's what I was forgetting, the neck radius and appropriate bridge.

only thing that you will lack is proper neck pickup placement if you want an accurate bassVI neck pickup sound.

if your guitar is a 25.5 scale guitar any 24 fret 30" scale neck should work

DC Kunkle or something like that. I remember chatting with Skully about them in PM after he did his tele VI, and he seemed to be really happy with it iirc. I wanted to make my tele a baritone at the time, but never got around to it. I probably will eventually, but I need to get around to finishing mods on my jaguar first.

The DC neck was nice with a decent turn around. Kinda on the thicker medium side. Quality was nicer than most squier necks I've played but not quite warmoth nice, still worth it for the price and a lot less than warmoth even with the custom shit I got
