DUNLOP Jimi Hendrix Octavio Fuzz Demo

One of my favorite pedals, had this puppy for years. Battery operated and is built to sound like Jimi Hendrix's classic Octave Fuzz sound he used back in the day. I don't always have use for it but when I do it's for an explosive part of a guitar solo or song, also get some great Western movie tones out of it.

Curious how many of you guys have one on your board?

Also, check out the video and let me know what you think if youre not familiar!

Sounds great. Always loved the look of this pedal too.

I've got the same pedal, love the hell out of it. A buddy on another board had let me borrow his Chicago Iron Octavian, and I think the Dunlop sounds just as good.

I use mine a lot. It's really fun with low gain stacked with another dirt pedal or a dirty amp. I also love how at maximum the attack of your notes dip compress and pump.

That's why it's important to have the ubiquitous "clean sound" demo - whether that's literal clean or "how the amp sounds without the pedal" at the start of things.
