Cioks...

So I bought a non working Cioks Ciokolate on here, which I knew wasn't working obviously. My hope was I could pay Cioks to fix it, but they have stopped responding to my emails all of a sudden. Has anyone out there dealt with them? I find it kind of odd that they were talking to me, and then all of a sudden just stopped. I've checked my spam filters, that's not why and I've written Poul like 4 times after the last email and he's not answering. It's weird because he seemed like he was willing to fix this thing or at very least look at it. I mean, I didn't expect him to give me a new one or anything. LOL. I wanted to pay to have it fixed. I thought that seemed fair? Maybe I'm being unreasonable? I don't know! LOL!! Hard to tell when the other party doesn't respond.
Anyway, does anyone here know much about fixing supplies?? Any of you amp gurus? It doesn't look like a transformer issue to me. There's no burn spots. The only thing is you put a fuse in and turn it on, the fuse burns right up. Now I can't see any burned components, but I didn't take the board off the bottom plate because I didn't want to mess with it too much.
I have pictures I can upload in a bit (phones dead). It would be sad if this thing isn't fixable. Just out of the simple fact that it's so nice. I didn't pay much for it, so I'm not upset. I just want to see if it can be revived.
