Did anyone score one of the $299 Jag blowouts from MF?

So this morning MF was blowing out HH jags for $299 (regular price $899
)
All sold out now...I thought about it but i'd rather get an asat tribute or spend money pimping my strat.
Still, awesome deal.

I heard you can still backorder them. If I could talk to my wife, I'd be working on her to let me get one. But sadly she is at work. And I have zero dollars, and one jaguar.

Seems to be hit or miss with the backorders, some phone reps will do it, some won't. Seems more and more reps are turning people down though.
A lot of dudes bought one just to flip it...cool I guess if it helps you get the gear you really want, but I hope at least a few people got in just to get a decent axe to play for a good price.

Apparently the avri jazzmasters are also going for $999 if you call in...dunno if this is confirmed

it's a killer deal. if i had the 3 hundo i would. i was actually hoping to get a used Jag HH for that price or a Jagmaster in the near future.

Consider it.... confirmed. Do not drink and interweb.
Been looking for one for a while, luuuuv P90s, and missed out on a few of these on ebay. I just called and the rep was a tad wishy washy at first but then confirmed the $999 (reg $ almost $2000 now). I just had to do it, even tho I don't really have the $, used ones go for this and more. They're on back order but I should have it within 2 weeks.
