Distorshy Pedal = Pickled Explosion (first Egyptian Fuzz)

Hi everyone
I saw this video for a new company called NMR who are apparently the only effects pedal outfit in Egypt and they are releasing their first pedal called "Distorshy" which blends fuzz and an oscillator to make a fairly ripping noise that I think would appeal to a few people here. Also the title of the video is "Insane Fat Fuzz+Oscillator=Pickled Explosion" which is just too good a use of English to not watch it

Sounds pretty good.
There's this video I've seen of an Arab orchestra on TV in the Sixties and the guitarist plays a rippin' fuzz solo. I can't remember who it is though.

Followed him on instagram for a while. Pretty cool pedal indeed
Needs expression control over the oscillation though.

It's true, but it seems like they're just sending out their first builds recently, so I've also been glued to their Insta updates as the weeks have gone by since. Sounds amazing, so I have high hopes (but not for the inevitable wait via customs if I ever snag one direct).

Yea, interesting, although I imagine handmade electronics+Egypt: going to be a long customs wait and it'll arrive molested.

maybe it has to do with the oscillator's draw too?
at first i thought maybe a lost in translation...
doesn't seem the case.
