Just found out about this one on his Facebook page !

Inspired by Phil Spector !!

"Looking for something unique? The Gold Star is a crazy, Phil Spector inspired reverb that offers an eerie Compressed Reverb, a jarring, shattered Distorted Reverb, and lastly a sun-drenched Vibrato and Flanged Reverb with extra long trails for an ethereal wash. Not for the faint of heart, but for those that want to explore new creative spaces. The Gold Star Reverb. Coming Soon!"

I was considering a Caroline Meteore but I think this might be the reverb for me !! Shoegaze & Jesus & Mary Chain tones :omg: !!

Keeley did that pedal with JHS, so naahh

OOPS!

edit: I don't mean the pedal in the video, a different pedal called chips and egg or some bullshit.

Doing a second reverb without reverse in a year after the cock tease the first time around, fail.

Calling that distorted in a world where the RM-1n exists, comic fail.

Challenge to all the FV-1 obsessed designers out there - how about building a reverb with an insert/feedback path? No one is tackling that. And come on, do I have to run for president on the republican ticket and rise a hateful mob around me to get someone to build a compact and economical reverse reverb?

Haven't either. But other than the Cathedral, I've yet to meet an EHX verb that I could tolerate for more than 5 minutes.

I kinda feel like this could actually sound pretty good in the right hands. I heard some sounds in there that intrigued me.
It seems like Keeley is suddenly doing stuff that will go right over the heads of his normal audience and fall just flat of more experimental people. But who knows, maybe this thing can get crazier and they just consider that "unuseful" and didn't showcase it.

THIS. A million times this.
Let's just all agree that going forward every pedal has an insert and also oscillation switch.

Fair enough. I've only tried the cathedral :)

Yeah, the Polara has a good reverse reverb. The Zoom Multistomp CDR and Bluetooth pedals have a reverse reverb algorithm too and it's based on the Hardwire effect but with the addition of a mix parameter. They also have an early reflections effect but I haven't used that much because I've also got a Magicstomp.

I don't really dig it...but I have a 30ms in the post. It's the first Keeley pedal I've encountered and been really suprised by.
