in december of last year, good friends of mine Surfer Blood were crushed with the news that their guitarist thom would have to undergo cancer treatment and could no longer tour. as a small gesture towards spreading the word and hopefully raising some funds for him, my band Cymbals Eat Guitars have partnered with Rough Trade NYCand The Bowery Presents for our upcoming rough trade show on 11/7 to raffle off one of our (joe's) Fender j mascis jazzmasters as well as a pink TAFM. you can only buy raffle tickets ($5 gets you one or the other, but enter for both!) in person at rough trade and the gear will be raffled at the show so this is limited to NYC folks.
that being said, i'm going to raffle another TAFM available to anyone in the world which will ship out on 11/9 (i'll cover the shipping). all you need to do is donate any amount you desire to thom's gofundme and you will automatically be entered. please repost a pic of your donation and tag me or email a screenshot showing your last name on the donation along with your facebook handle. link is below... if you can't donate, please tag a friend at least. much love.
