Pitchfactor, meh, sell, meh?

I've had it since they came out, but I don't play with it much at all. I like the presets, but I really can't go beyond that because all the tweaking I do leads to a very unusable, digital mess. I know I should invest more time with the manual, but I'm still thinking of selling it. I like to tweak, but something about multifaceted digital pedals takes a lot of the joy out of it. I would only really miss the crystals and the arp effects, and I'd gladly pay half price to get those two effects in a pedal, but I don't know if that is justification enough to keep it. I've got a pog and plenty of octave fuzzes as comfort.

Your thoughts please.

Don't do it...

I understand what you mean by getting lost in the interface with a fancy pedal like that...
but if you take some time to fully grasp it, the pitchfactor is capable of some truly wonderous sounds.

I'm fortunate enough to afford these toys now and then, but not enough to give 'em away. sorry guys. I probably will end up selling it. I just think the pitchfactor does require a lot of time to sink into, and I too often use pedal fiddling and other hobbies as distractions from producing music, especially when I think a pedal can be a crutch or help dazzle up the song. shit, I just need to focus on finishing songs first, then dress them up later. The pitchfactor is just that, a big distraction.
