All Mexican food is the same, it's just how it's folded that differentiates one dish from another.

Hey that's all Tex-Mex border food.
It's a lot different south and on the Yucatan peninsula.

I love Mexican food, I just HATE the way tacos are designed. You take one fucking bite and the things cracks down the middle and all the insides spill out and you try to hold it together for one more bite and then a big glob of salsa and sour cream splats on your hand so you just throw the stupid motherfucker in a bowl crush it and eat it with a fucking fork and you ask your self (and god) "Why didn't I get a soft shell taco??? WHY?!??!?!?!!?"

Oh I don't like hard tacos.
And sour cream is just to yucky to contemplate.
I am going to eat the best fish taco in the DC area tomorrow for lunch.
