I saw the Doctor in the morning and she found that my Hemroid had clot which was why it was so painful. She sent me off to the hospital where I had to go through a total of nearly 6 hours waiting and 6 different people asking me to pull down my pants.

I had to do some very awkward things over the next few days to make it go away, but at least it didn't need to be operated on I guess(the operation would have been pretty simple, local anaesthetic and put a nick in it).
