NPDSD... again...

New PDS day... yeah, again. Foolishly traded this (for good stuff, I admit), HUGE MISTAKE...
got this locally for a bargain you just can't say no to... going to replace my DOD DFX9... which is also strangely in quite good condition with battery door still there
missed the lo-fi early digi delay with that sweet modulation... I also think I could really use the repeat hold quite a lot in the current band

also the best flanger I've ever played... this shit is the bomb
I'll probably think twice before sending it off again. Or taking it off the board. Although it COULD be a bit lighter...

absurdly fun pedal

you grab one if you come across it
although the prices can be a bit blown up sometimes, I admit... not as much as for the PDS 8000 though

If you love those, get yourself a RDS series rackmount of the same era. More stuff, more fun, lot more headroom.
$50-100 tops.

Icky they may be but the sounds and the pricing are impossible to beat.

Coming from someone who has dabbled in racks, I would rather have 10000 pedals at my feet and a lifetime of debt. Rack stuff is cool, really really cool, but it's so damn unwieldy that it's just not practice for gigging. If I had a stay at home shoegaze/new wave rack setup, that'd be a different story.

The lesson here is always give Sonny what he wants at any cost.
