Are The Breax Aware Of This Hashtag Phenomeon?

So, I just discovered this the other day, because I'm on my laptop all day for work and so Youtube + Bandcamp are open pretty much constantly -- if you're looking for a band's full albums, you can search their name in the youtube with the pound sign(aka zee hashtag) in front of the band name, you get Label-uploaded, HQ versions of their entire discography.
This shit is super awesome, but for some reason this isn't possible if you just search for BAND X/Full Album.
Like, if you want to listen to Dude Incredible (which I did), you can search for it but you'll get some shit compression version and a couple of shitty playlists. But if you search #Shellac, you get to this page:

Which is HQ Shellac (aka the best shellac). And this shit is for loads of bands, and it isn't advertised anywhere that I can see.

Yeah, you've been able to do this for a while (I'm also on YouTube all the time), but the words you need to use to find the auto-generated uploads are usually very specific.
