Buzzz fuzz vs Doom bloom

Looking at getting a heavy doomy fuzz. Have been listening to a lot of QOTSA lately so the buzzz seems like a natural choice but I see the doom bloom gets a lot of love around here too.
Have any of you guys played both? Any insights?

I've never played the Doom Bloom but I tuned my guitar to C and played through my Buzzz and it was QOTSA all day long. Footswitchable octave is awesome to switch from rhythm to lead parts.
Doom Bloom does seem cool too though.

Trust me I want both, pocketbook does not compute. Also trying to save a little for a clusterflux to finish my moog trifecta.

Doom Blooms are kinda hard to come by right now aren't they? Unless you're willing to wait a few months (which I'm sure is totally worth it, I'm considering it myself). You can get a Buzzz right now. But of course the answer is both, eventually.

If you want QOTSA - Fuzzrocious Demon. That's the pedal they actually use.
