Just picked up this book... details the inner workings of Danelectro from the '40s until their demise in the late '60s. Tons of funky looking guitars, original owner's manuals, schematics, patents (first reverb device anyone?) and tons of insight into the lives of Nat Daniels and Vinnie Bell and price guides!!

It's a nice departure from the Les and Leo-centric guitar world. Check it out, you won't be disappointed and might learn a thing or two.

note: this is the original Danelectro corporation and has nothing to do with the Evets Corp and the Prop 8 business.

I sure did!

I should clarify it's not the very first to exist, but the first tube spring-reverb developed for guitar.

Picked it up on amazon for cheap... I'd say it was worth it for the schematics alone. :thumb:
