Anyone have any experience with these? Their aesthetic is pretty awesome and those pickups are supposed to be loud as fuck. I'm interested, but I haven't heard many sounds from them.

Zombie thread!

Anyone have any experience with these yet? I saw the guys from Old Blood Noise have inserted a pair of LITS into the 60's laquer Jazzmaster they use for so much of their video and promo stuff. I'm intrigued.

I think it was resin who just posted a pic of his guitar loaded with one. They do look absolutely stunning. I kinda want to change the JB/jazz combo I have in my SG, and I would consider these when I get around to doing it. Anyone know if the prices are for a set or a single one?

EDIT: I'm pretty certain it's for single pickups

Looks like they're between $80 - $120.

Those abused aluminum LITS...

installed these along with fresh electronics on monday. compared to the original jm 101s, the neck sounds much fuller and rhythm is massive now. the bridge is quite the contrast but they balance each other out smoothly.. all while being much more 'responsive'. quiet when I'm not playing, too. i'm in love with my guitar now

The new stuff BLK/TRI has been showing reallllllly makes me want to finish my Jazzmaster build.
Also, here's a picture of Brady Smith's (OBNE, Coffee and Riffs) JM with LITS.

Dude tell me how it is!! That is the one I want in the bridge in my SG, perhaps coupled with a ghost coil

i'll update this thread with my impressions! stoked to install it & hear how it sounds. their descriptions are pretty vague, but the people who have them seem to love them.

I have a Crone in the bridge of my Telemaster! I run mine straight from the switch to input with no tone or volume and I expected the bridge to be really shrill and icepick-y but it's really not. It has some great grind with dirt and really shines for me with fast strummed aggressive stuff with dirt. It actually doesn't have as much top end as I thought it would. It's a little more mid-focused and warm but still has some bite on the top end.

I don't really play totally clean but it does that well too.

I'll record some (shitty) sound clips in a few minutes and post here.

Shitty sound clips are my favorite. That's how I wound up with a Mini, which will probably never leave my board.
