How is the Stereo Clone Theory?

I'm kind of interested. I like my Small Clone, but despite the name it's quite large, and of course it's limited in it's options. The Clone Theory seems a lot more useful to me, and of course it's smaller overall. But does it sound as good? I have the Stereo Electric Mistress and it sounds great, though the lack of a battery lip sucks.
How does the new Clone Theory sound?

The chorus is beautiful but it is probably one of the noisiest non dirt pedals I've owned. Pretty extreme white noise with an adapter and a battery. I'm not sure if mine was defective but I've heard a lot of complaints about the noise. I had to return it.

They are notoriously noisy, but I really didn't have a huge problem. I'd imagine it would be worse if you put it infront of the distortion...
The sound, in general, is great, IMO.

While I didn't have that extreme a noise problem, my Clone Theory was really hissy. It was tolerable in a loud band situation, but once I started recording, I had to get rid of it - it didn't stand up to the close "studio scrutiny." But the chorus itself really was gorgeous.

That's a shame. Personally I don't find my small clone useful anymore, it has a really unnatural effect at high speeds and I would like to have Vibrato too.

I didn't find mine useful due to the noise. When the depth is above 12 o clock it squeeked everytime it modulated. It could even be heard while playing. Its a shame because it'd be a sweet pedal otherwise.
