Just got a Binson Super Special made in 2015

aWhat we have here is a Binson Echorec 2 Super Special edition made in 2015 at the hands of Marcello Patruno. He was an original engineer/employee at Binson making the original models. He ended up buying all of Binsons remaining NOS parts and ended up with enough components to build some "new" Echorecs. The neat thing is that his Echorecs are a hybrid of 95% NOS Binson parts, so all the important parts are original. The other 5% are modern day upgrades to the power supply, etc.. These units have a much better noise floor and are overall much quieter than the originals.
When Binson stopped making these they were working on many upgrades that were never realized. Marcello was able to accomplish these features on his new units! From controlling bias, choosing sine waves, selecting heads in up to 80 possible combinations, a dry knob!, and so much more...
Only 21 units of the Super Special can be made and only 6 Studio version. Only so many can be made since 95% are made from NOS parts. Mine is the Studio version and is actually one of kind (his personal unit) out of all of those with greater frequency response so it is the most comprehensive and unique version out of the 27 of them.
It just arrived today. Here's some pics:

Here you can see just how small it is:

Did a quick recording on my lunch break. Keep in mind i had 15 minutes. I'm sure i haven't dialed in the best sounds yet but every dial is fantastic (there's 80 setting combinations!)
Just kept it to single notes so you can hear the Binson and not crappy playing:
