I'm halfway through. Nothing has gotten me interested.
Ever listen to a band and hear the talent, but something about them doesn't pull you in? Nothing makes me dislike them, but I can't figure out why they do nothing for me.
I'm starting to think I'm not into the vocals. Maybe...I dunno...I'm gonna finish it.

I checked out when fat Andrew W.K. turned into small budget Mark Walhberg. This is like trap music for the people that aren't allowed into the club where they play trap music.

I was stoked on the new record, but im not sure how I feel about it. Ive only listened once though so we'll see.
I totally played Goth Star at a patty this weekend though. That and USA Boys are my jamz.

yeah i get this vibe too.
i thought the last album was sorta ok but even then, idk, the noisy hooks pull me in but the singing and repetitiveness bores me, i can see why people like them but it doesn't do anything for me.

Im into some of thr new stuff, but on the whole the album was a bit of a miss for me. Like, I feel like im not the intended audience? The sonics are pretty cool, but im not really into the song writing.
& I HATE THAT THEY HAVE AN AMAZING DRUMMER AND PRIMARILY USE ELECTRONIC DRUM SOUNDS. FUCK.
"Life" has teenage drama movie trailer written all over it.

Goth Star is a pretty good cover. It took me a long time to concise USA Boys with their earlier stuff... it was pretty much the only song of theirs I got down with until the new record. I've since gone back and now appreciate the older stuff a lot more.

So much of that is played, sampled, processed and then played again... and dude is playing a great deal of it live, apparently... triggers be triggeerin'...
