That email definitely hasn't worked in a long while as it bounced for me also probably almost a year ago. Do a search, someone else complained about this awhile back as well. I don't recall if a definite conclusion was arrived at.

I've guessed at it myself. Facebook hasn't been updated in forever, and anyone who has run out of stock of Skychord items hasn't refilled ever.
I think it's safe to say Skychord is done.
