Deltz Dumping Ground for Modular and Ciat-Lonbarde Weirdness

I have a bunch of stuff from my field recorder to start messing with. So, I am going to compose to the field recordings. The field recordings in this track are from Las Vegas, I was just walking around the strip recording stuff, I am really looking forward to finding a few things. I opened the recordings in Maschine and added some effects. There are 2 field recordings in this track, one fairly long one and a shorter one. I did the rest of the sounds with the Buchla. I am digging this track, I should probably mix it a little bit because it is a little muddy.

More field recordings from Vegas. Different patch on the Buchla and I used the ribbon controller from my Knas Ekdahl Polygamist to play the Buchla.

Thanks! Yes, I had some Serge and I got a SICK trade offer for one of my Serge panels (5 Buchla Modules), so I went for it. I now have 7 Buchla 200e modules and a 208r. I am loving it!

I thought this was going to be about a stall at this outdoor flea market in Amish country that I like. This is actually much, much better than that. :)*

Thanks

This is my bass looped into a Ciat-Lonbarde Cocoquantus. I have a lot of modulation happening which is fucking up the loops nicely.

This is some more Cocoquantus fun. The sound sources are my voice and a field recording of the tide coming in at Clearwater Beach, FL.

A little experimenting last night. Kind of a droney patch in the Polygamist and patterning opening VCAs (via CV to Midi in the Polygamist) to add some rhythm. Not a "track" per se, more proof of concept.

Can you do me a personal favor and remove the "s" from https in your soundcloud urls? They don't work on android phones if they have the s.

Thanks.

Ok, I checked out some of this from my computer. I like a whole boat load. Good work. Keep it coming.

I've been wanting to mess around with some field recordings myself. I meant to take my recorder down to the boardwalk this summer and record that stuff. Walking around, games, arcades, rides etc. May have been interesting. Or perhaps stupid. There is usually a fine line between those two things.
