I love Talking Heads and CAN, but I didn't dig this. I was excited when I heard the bells and xylophone but ultimately it disappointed.

hmmm, sorry to hear that...

I'll admit that some of the band's blistering and depth does not seem to transmit well to a studio recording,
but maybe go see em if you ever get the opportunity, cause - dare I say it - they're much better live

especially her voice! awww man, it was BECKONING

(or maybe the scorching heat & lack of sleep were messing with my brain, haha, I don't care, everybody was dancing & smiling, )

the recorded music still makes me happy, but yeah they are like someone handed you half decaf when you were expecting a full cup of coffee...
