yeah.
for real.
Digital Pulse synth engine/pulse width modulator/bit sweeper. design is done, boards are being produced, it looks like this but imagine lots of knobs and switches and shit:

and some video tease action:

This is awesome!
Any chance for an expression input so I can use my Goatkeeper 3 with it?

there's sooooo much crammed into the box i don't think there's room for one more jack. but if possible, what would you control? bit rate, lfo speed, depth?

Good question!
I don't really know how to explain it but an LFO input that kills the LFO on the pedal would be cool, so you can basically drive it with an external more elaborate LFO or use the LFO on the pedal itself.
Just a thought.

Tristan: Is anything ever enough for you?
Sounds great. Can't wait for a more in-depth demo.

it's possible for sure tristan.. i wanted to get pseudo-random and multiple wave LFO's in here but only have square, triangle and saw (all of which morph with other settings changed).

Wow, you got three waveforms in there, awesome crazy!
The external LFO is mostly about syncing for me and the random indeed.

Can you dial out the modulation altogether for straight up laser beam tones?

tried it but it required way to much buffering to get it right, would have needed to go to a larger enclosure. wanted to keep it small.

Yes. very, very good ones.

perfect 8 bit video game tonez and you can actually play higher notes and they sustain.
you can manually sweep also.

Is it too early to ask about pricing?

no not at all. these are two weeks from being out the door, all parts except the boards are in.
The LFO uses a sort of expensive vactrol LDR setup so it will be a smidge more expensive than my regular stuff. probably 160ish. but as usual.. first 10 will be less for ILF.
