I came here from the shitshow that is the devi thread (thanks for trying to ruin ilf bb) excited to actually talk gear. neon has been talking up the Step, so I decided to check it out. $99. Would. Yes. So I look up some demos. Click on the first one I see and how does it start?

I do love my STEP. I miss having a Driving Notion but this sale comes at the worst possible time for me.

STEP is great though. It's the sidekick to my main squeeze Mini, but it gets almost as much play time. Boost, OD, Fuzz, octave up fuzz, weird clangy ring mod kinda clean octave up. Sputtery dying fuzz. That's a lot of shit for $99.

Oh, if someone's thinking about jumping on a STEP, there's one in the b/s/t right now for the same price and no wait. Keeping it in the family.

But for real. Get a STEP. Super underrated. Awesome.
