Hey guys, not sure if this is allowed.
I'm building a couple of dirt pedals (both the same circuit except I'm building one for guitar and one for bass with a clean blend) and I am looking for some components. Been trying to buy them on the electronic sites but I'm just going around in circles getting frustrated and confused Hence why I usually only build from kits. But I got some free pcb's from a friend here on this site and wanted to them justice. I though maybe the guys that buy large quantities in bulk may be able to help and sell me some from thier stash?

Here is a list of the parts needed if someone can help a brother out?

Hey man, I'd recommend Tayda Electronics. They have a pretty pared down selection of components, most of which are 'pedal friendly.' Hope this helps:

Electrolytic caps - not positive which sizes go with your PCB, but 50V for the voltage rating is probably fine for both electrolytics:

1N4001 Diode:

Get the 5x11 mm electrolytic caps in the first link, for the electrolytic capacitors. The space on the board is for 5mm diameter electro caps. Lead spacing on the board is 2mm, but I don't see that specified for the caps on tayda, so don't worry about that, you can always bend the leads a bit. Rated for 16V or higher is good. Looks like they have a 47uF 5x11 16V cap, that would be ideal.

The links Barracuda posted for the other components look like exactly what you need.

Like, for resistors, 3k6 means 3.6 K OHM, and 470R means 470 OHM
Likewise, 4n7 means 4.7 nF.
I don't know if you've seen it done that way before, with the unit prefix used where the decimal would be, just wanted to clarify that if it's new to you.

Hmm, looks like all the box caps are in uF units, let me convert that for you real quick:
4.7 nF = .0047 uF
47 nF = .047 uF

You can use a 1n4148 instead of 1n4001, if you want to. If you use the 1n4001, bend the leads sharply right next to the body of the diode, for it to fit. Sorry, not any extra space on that footprint. That's one thing I've already changed, gave it a bit more room. A 1n4148 will fit easily though. It's a lower current device, but still perfectly capable of doing the job in this effect.
